Work Category: Illustration

This tattoo design was commissioned by my mom and her friends. They wanted a matching tattoo that included each person’s favorite flower. I was given an inspiration image along with a list of the flowers that needed to be incorporated into the design.
Before starting, I researched tattoos of each flower and gathered reference images. I focused on finding designs with a similar style so the final piece would feel cohesive. This helped me better understand the shapes, details, and linework of each flower before combining them into a single composition.
Once I had approval from the group, I began creating the design. I carefully arranged the flowers so they would blend together naturally while still allowing each flower to stand out. I also focused on creating a balanced composition that would work well as a tattoo. We went through a few designs before finding the one they loved most. Throughout the project, I communicated with the group to make sure the design reflected their vision. This project helped me strengthen my skills in composition, client communication, and designing artwork for a specific purpose.

These are the reference images I used to create the tattoo.

These are a few versions of the tattoo we worked together to create before finalizing the tattoo the way they liked it.
